There are no words that could express my feelings. My husband who shared with him during his ROTC years is devastated as all of us that share the burden and sacrifice of being part of the military. I pray that God will give the family the strength and understanding of HIS purpose with this loss. Dios los bendiga y que la paz de Dios este sobre todos.

I didn't get to spend too much time in ROTC with CPT Ulises since we were in different levels but i do remember how loud he used to be and always full of life and making everyone else around him laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and it is a big loss for us down here but a gain for heaven, where he is right now. Q descanses en paz/ REST IN PEACE Ulises.
